Class Format
Live Online Sessions (via Zoom)
Each session runs for 45 minutes, allowing you to join from anywhere in the world—right from the comfort of your home.
Interactive & Engaging Environment
Classes are highly conversational and interactive, providing a safe, supportive space for learners to practice speaking Urdu and build confidence.
Flexible Weekly Themes
Weekly themes are not highly interconnected, so you can start or pause the subscription anytime without losing continuity.
Participation Guidelines
To make the most of each class, learners are encouraged to:
Join from a quiet space
Keep their video on for active participation and connection
Stay unmuted to enable natural, timely interaction with me and their peers
Recordings (Upon Request)
If you will miss a session, you can request a recording beforehand. The recording will be shared after class and remain accessible for 30 days, after which it’s securely deleted to protect learner safety and privacy.
Important Note:
If no learners join within the first 10 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show and will end.

Waitlist Option (if applicable): If your preferred section is full, click “Add to Waitlist” to reserve a spot. I’ll personally reach out if space opens up in the current section or when a new ones becomes available!

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the limited capacity of our live online courses (maximum 5 learners per session), cancellations can affect other learners.
Flexible Subscription
You can start or pause your subscription any week. To pause, simply email me at [email protected]. If you’d like to cancel, you can do so directly from My Account page or email me to process it.
Notice Period
To ensure fairness, a one-week notice is required before the next live session to stop or pause your subscription. With this notice, you won’t be charged for the next session.
Refunds
No refunds are issued for missed sessions, no-shows, or cancellations made less than one week before the session.
If you miss a class, you can request the recording, which is available for 30 days after the session. Recordings are provided upon request only.
