I’m Annie, your teacher fueled by passion and purpose. My expertise lie in online education and I have a unique knack of making language concepts easy for you to understand.
After graduating from McGill in Educational Leadership, I was able to pour my expertise and skills into bringing you Urdu With Annie – where learning to speak Urdu becomes easy, inclusive, and most importantly, fun! Whether you’re looking to learn Urdu yourself or want your kids to be able to speak Urdu, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My daughters really enjoyed this class. They were initially not happy that I signed up for the class, but by the end of the 6 weeks, they were asking me to sign them up again with Mrs. Annie! Miss Annie’s Urdu Conversation 101 course is fun, engaging and energetic. She has a very organized and impressive lesson plan that guides children through a comprehensive yet engaging language learning process. I have been very fortunate to have found Annie a few years ago, and finally enrolled my daughter in her class since I was struggling with her speaking Urdu at home and with others. My daughter knows Urdu, and speaks it, but recently has dropped it completely after going to school and being exposed to English all around her. Through Miss Annie’s class she saw that other children were also learning and trying to speak confidently just like her. This is an ongoing process, and one that can only be achieved by practice at home and classes like Miss Annie’s. I will be enrolling her in the next one! Thank you Annie!
This is a fun self-paced class. My child enjoyed so much, especially the stories on Wednesdays. Thank you Ms. Annie.
Miss Annie was a wonderful teacher and my kids loved this Urdu class. My 11-year-old can now hold a conversation in Urdu and my 8-year-old can understand quite a bit. Miss Annie made learning fun and exciting. She also provided learning materials that were extremely useful.
